Appellees, L.P. and Y.P., as next friends of their minor son, L.P., filed suit against appellant, Stafford Municipal School District (the "District"), for the Districts failure to inform them of their right to appeal the decision to transfer L.P., an eighth grade student at Stafford Middle School, to the Districts alternative education program ("AEP"). In this interlocutory appeal, the District complains of the trial courts denial of its plea to the jurisdiction. We reverse and remand.
