Action in the District Court for Hennepin County for damages for breach of contract which plaintiff entered into with defendant
Frank L. Sorensen, d.b.a. Solar Products Company, Ltd., in which action plaintiff alleged that defendants John L. Lenihan,
James M. Lenihan, and Pharmakon, Inc., induced said breach. The case was tried before George D. Erickson, Judge, and a jury;
the court directed a verdict in favor of James M. Lenihan and a verdict against defendant Sorensen for $4,483.58; and the
jury returned a verdict against each of the other defendants for the same amount plus $100 punitive damages. Defendant John
L. Lenihan appealed from the judgment entered against him, and defendant Pharmakon, Inc., appealed from the judgment against
